I had not initially planned on selling my home, but a property in the Black Forest area that I had wanted to relocate to suddenly became available, and so I contacted Cara about selling my Parker home in order to see how quickly I could list it. The first thing that impressed me about Cara was that she was brutally honest about what first needed to be done to my home before It would be ready to list. I have had previous experience with realtors who wanted to list a house the next day knowing that there still needed to be patch, painting and cleaning done before the house was ready to list. I listed my house the end of July; right when the market was cooling off. This was where Cara’s experience truly shown through in coming up with a unique sales strategy personalized for my home, that was the right strategy for the current housing market that we were in. Cara went above and beyond by utilizing new technologies and saving me money by not staging my house but rather using CG to decorate the house digitally, thereby avoiding having to pay a staging company and instead having digital furnature that accentuated my home in the online listing. Due to Cara’s strategies and suggestions, my home sold in 90 days even in an environment when buyers were holding off buying due to rising interest rates. Cara was THE BEST! We saw 14 houses in two days, 10 of which were on the second day.
